Herb was 84 years old and had been working with Chris for over 3 years. Chris kept Herb in a great condition by focusing on strengthening his legs, keeping a sense of balance and keeping Herb healthy and feeling great in his last days. Herb was always excited to workout with Chris. He would always talked about what he was learning and what exercises he did for the day. Together they created a bond and an unforgettable friendship. Chris was key in keeping Herb focused, energetic and in good health.

Chris trained me from the breathing, posture, muscle tone and strength. I've been lifting weights on and off for the past twenty-five years and it was nice to get a fresh approach to the weight room. The plan to regain muscle tone was a clear one and over eight weeks, we accomplished and surpassed our goals.
