The theme of the exhibit is a broad interpretation of living in United States by 12 San Diego Artists, juried by Deron Cohen, Curator of GETM Gallery, North Park, CA. Artists submitted artwork inspired by living in the U.S. or depicting what it means to be a U.S. American. The GETM gallery a non-profit organization, focusing on creative education and empowerment through arts, primarily accomplished by providing interactive arts-based programming to the community. GETM does this with the assistance of local musicians and visual artists. Website: www.getm.org
